Monday and Tuesday, April 16 and 17

Having internet issues will update as I can connect

1 Wall at Heddon. This wall called Hedrian's Wall was built in AD 121 to mark the northern border of the Roman Empire.  Used to ward off invader's, it's major function was to assure the collection of taxes.
2, 3 We stopped at the Scotland/England border and for some change a Scotsman will play his pipes.
4 My very small single room in Edinburgh.  My bathroom was as big as the bedroom.
5 The Queens palace in Scotland, Palace at Holyrood House. It was originally an abbey founded in 1128. This is a picture of the wing Mary Queen of Scots lived.
6 Walking up to Edinburgh Castle
7 Edinburgh Castle overlooking the City.
